Do you dislike it when a waiter or fast food cashier puts your straw/spoon in yo!

Question: I know that cooks touch your food, but waiters and fast food cashiers touch money and other things. I got a float at a fast food restauant put a spoon in my drink. I would have either cleaned the spoon with my napkin or used a spoon from home. I didn't want her hands touching my spoon, then going into my float.

I don't want anybodies germy fingers touching anything I'm eating or drinking!

i've never had that happen. it would freak me out

hmmm...i prefer to put my spoon in my food myself....

OK you germophobe. That's something you're just going to have to get over. Cooties are not bad for you, and a few are actually good for you. Don't worry about it!

nope. That waiter is weird.

i dont like it its gross idk where their hands have been!

100%, absolutely. positively, emphatically...,
YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

yes

lmao, dude its a fast food place, thats what they do there, they put straws and spoons in your drink

Yes, i dislike that.

The only reason it bothers me is because I like to shoot the straw wrappers at my wife.

you should have asked her for another spoon without placing it in the cup

It's just the way they do it. They put a spoon in your beverage because there are actually people who prefer to consume floats and shakes with a spoon. You can just remove the spoon, it's really not that big of a deal - and the waiters aren't actually 'touching' your food. :P

its nice when they leave just the tip of the straw wrapper on so you know they didnt touch the part you drink from!!!

I haven't had that happen to me yet and for their sake It better stay that way.

Very much.

Waiters and cashiers? What about the cooks? Just because they're supposed to handle your food does not make is safe. How can you be sure they washed their hands after going to the bathroom?

Either you accept everybody's germs and trust your body immune system to handle it or...don't eat in restaurants. Buy, cook and prepare your own food which is the only way to make sure nobody spit in it.
