Yep! i hear ya, it snowed here the other day & i got so depressed i went to bed & took a nap. I hate being cold too but i think i hate the snow more, yet no one cares. i try to stay warm but everyone around me seems to like the cold so i usually have to dress in layers, it sucks but i have to do it if i want to be warm & happy.
