Left overs of mashed potatoes. I mixed in some cheddar cheese, cut up ham, peas, mixed in an egg as a binding agent and some seasoned breadcrumbs. Then I'm gonna patty them and fry them in oil. I'm hoping it will be as good as I think they will be. We will see.
