And there was so much hairspray on the 'do that you could have hit my granny in the head with a hammer, and she never would have felt it!
Of course, I remember we put pads in our hair to give us height. "Big Beehive" Then what about the farrah, and mall hair. Been there done it LOL

my moms friend came to our house when I was a child , she had her hair up in one of those beehive hair do's, a wasp must of been attracted to her hair spray and was buzzing around her head ,her friend was trying to get it out of her hair ,mom said that bee hive hair was a mess ,and laughed about it for years telling that story to people; mom passed away a year ago glad you reminded me ,made me laugh thinking about moms story of her friend with the bee hive ha!.ha!

OMG!!!! My mom had that hairdo..I call it a hair don't! How about ringlets? Oh she would have me with more ringlets then Shirley Temple! hahahaha! Oh u r bringing back memories!
