Well, I've just finished my corned beef and pickle sandwich and will shortly be moving onto drinking my Lucozade. Tonight I envisage some wonderful pasta creation landing on my plate after my husband has been slaving over it.

Corned beef soup. It sounds horrible but the kids love it. Lots of tomatoes, beans and a bit of corned beef. Easy, fast, healthy, cheap. All I need!
