And about the violation: Yahoo! Answers is unfair... 2 good answers of mine already got deleted saying: 'it isn't an answer'. Lame.
Apparently you can get arrested for teasing a police k9 dog.It happened a couple of times.
They don't care one way or another, but iof he looks at you doing it, you get all wigged out.
As to the violation category, it is vague enough to make the report stick
When I walk my dogs... I turn around and let them do what they need to do, it's not something I look forward to see... and looking at them.... hmmm.. yeah I rather not
I think eating in front of them and not sharing. Most ppl think dogs are begging but they are pack animals and are looking at you wondering why you are not sharing your food, or "the kill" as they see it.
