Smash a plate, works every time although my kitchen is getting scarce on plates.
I usually go for a long walk or clean something. But there have been times ive been sooo mad I hit a wall or something other the the person im mad at lol.
I run fast and hard. You can't be angry when you can barely breathe

I would have a BF with a dear friend that happens to be in the U.S. Army. Most of my friends are military. Yet I remain a civilian. Or I would sit and have a cigarette; find my friend- with- benefits and spill my guts to him and let him relieve my stress (gotta love those Specialists) or go for a really long walk and I hope you are an adult . Some of the mental pics can get inappropriate.
Since I am practicing Buddhism ,I don't get angry now, even the person is provoking. I detach myself to the situation or block them in my mind. This takes me a long time to master this.
