Question: jus got paid Friday, but went and did XMAS shopping this weekend.. in a matter of 24 hours, I was broke again!

Same thing happened to me last weekend. I get paid bi-weekly so I have been STRUGGLING. I get paid Friday and I cannot wait, I am however going to finish my x-mas shopping so I will be broke all over again. I barely have money for gas.
I'm living off of savings so I don't know if I should even buy anything. So, yes I think I'm probably as broke as you. ;-)
I have been off work since 10/26 cuz I had surgery. I go back today. I'm guessing I'm far more broke than you are!

I've been employed on a high paying job but the more money I get the more I spent. I can't believe it.
Now I am waiting for my 13th month pay that I'd be getting from my company.
Thanks God I'm employed. Cant wait for my 13th month pay.

I live in a boat, work three days a week for $8 an hour and am still paying for a divorce I didn't see coming.
I'm broker than I've ever been and don't see a way out for a long time.

You may be broke, but are you happy? I was the happiest when I was married to my first husband, we didn't have much money, but we were as happy as larks? I lost him in 93, I am remarried, and really don't have to worry about money, but I would give anything, to have my first husband, and no money, because without love nothing matters!....my second marriage is not good
