Heartburn or flatulance, how to tell which is which?!


Question: Apparently I can't tell. Although I've experienced my fair share of flatulence Ive never had heartburn.

Flatulance is where odd noises come out of your anus. Sometimes they leave a bad odor.

Heartburn is just where after you eat, your heart/stomach may have a little gas built up. Usually you burp it out.

Flatualance is the fancy name for a fart plain and simple. Heartburn is an actualy malady that can strike anyone for any number of reasons. For me usually eating right before bed something spicy gives me heartburn.

You'll know its flatulence when your anus makes noises...from the flatus that comes out. To flatulate is to fart :) Heartburn is just that....a burning sensation in your mid-chest caused by the overproduction of acid in the stomach. There's a big difference and its easy to tell them apart

in heartburn you feel the acids in your stomach burning it.

flatulence is just farting a lot due to excessive gas in the stomach and intestines
heart burn is the burning sensation one gets in the chest area (substernal region) usually associated with regurgitation of acid-peptic gastric juice into the esophagus

when people start moving away from you ,holding their nose....that's flatulence.

Ahi ahi Froggy, you ate too much: the burning sensation in the chest/stomach is the outcome resulting from INDIGESTION !
(now I understand what you meant speaking of living the day to the fullest ...)

Ahi ahi: you are suffering for gas in your alimentary canal... Well, Froggy, don't worry! sooner or later the gas will go out from the other (anal) canal and you will be. at last, released. Frogs usually are full of air ... sorry, I was just kidding, forgive my lack of compassion (feeling passion together with the one suffering, etymologically speaking)

Just one advice: NEVER BE inflated in speech or behaviour: that's really the worse for mental health.
