Question: driving quite fast when it is double laned so you can't pass them and you don't think you need to because they are fast, but then immediately slamming the brakes and going unbearably slow right when it merges to one lane and they know you're stuck behind them?

I hate that too. However, usually the speed limit is lower as well at that point.
