I usually have 2 mugs of coffee prior to leaving for work. That's about 20 ounces.
400 billion counting all before work this morning. i used to drink cofee when i was a kid! then i get my teeth whitened!!
caffeine doesn't do much for me. i don't particularly like the taste of coffee. i do like tea, though, and once i made one mug of tea with four teabags and i puked from all the caffeine. (the same thing happened with an energy drink) so i've concluded that caffeine makes me puke.

I don't work anymore but I used to drink an entire pot of coffee,,,I don't anymore. Couple of cups and I'm good.

I have a 12 cup pot i drink about 6 to 8 cups @ 4am before i leave for work drive about 20 minutes to the town i work in grab another 20 oz cup for the next ten minutes of the drive.
So i guess the answer is 8 to 10 , before and another 5 to six after i get to work , So in short i am a caffeine addict
Usually I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning before I leave. ( only drink decaf) I never drink it in my car because I enjoy sitting down and actually having it before I go. Having my coffee or tea is sort of a relaxing ritual I go through in the morning . I don't like to rush out the door so I usually allow myself enough time to sit for a few minutes. Having my coffee or tea in a nice ceramic mug also tastes so much better to me, than a plastic cup.
