You can do the wine and cheese anytime... Star Trek marathon.. now THAT is an event...:O)
See what's going on at the wine and cheese, then go to the marathon. If it's a marathon it will still be going.

personally i'd do startrek but i'm a trekie just do what you feel like doing because the need of the one outweigh the needs of the many.
Eat and drink first then do the Star Trek thing. That way you won't be hungry.
