That is a great idea. You could let the kids come over for show and tell, or set up a "break lounge" for the teachers to foster some good will with the community.
For the church you could volunteer staff to the fund raising car washes.

i dont think so, because a) it sends the wrong message to children at the school and b) whats the point in causing an uproar from a religious community that is going to persist in removing the bar? it would lead to wasted efforts.... idk whatever you want, i guess
Not only is it a bad idea, but it is probably illegal for you to do so. There are zoning rules as to how close to a school you can put a topless bar.
You may want to check out the local ordinances and laws before you move ahead with your plans. You wouldn't want to pay any fines or penalties. Because ignorance of the law doesn't hold up in court. I would suggest put it next to the Police Station. They wouldn't have far to go to pick up all the drunks and perverts; now would they.
