The Projects are mostly rundown uncared froe buildings in urban areas where there is a lot of crime and poverty.
The projects are publically funded housing, for those people who are unable to afford a private residence. Thus, attracting low-income people.
da ghetto... they're like really crappy apartments that the state makes so that the "financially challenged" people can afford to live in.
basically what everyone said. its the ghetto. technically, its public housing owned by the goveernment for people that live off welfare. these are usually crime-infected areas like compton or queens.
