How do you handle a co-worker that talks non-stop?!

Every once in awhile hold up your finger and look down like you're trying to remember something. In the pause, explain you just had a thought and were trying to capture it. Then say it got away. Keep doing this or variations of it and after awhile he'll quit.
Don′t jump! Push him out a window.
If you work on a computer....get some headphones and some CD's and block them out...that's what i do.
