Oooh Tough one. Boss or what..? I've had this. You neeed to tell them when they disgust you. Just pull them to one side and say "hey look what you just did was effen' disgusting I'd like you to stop" If they say "no" or "get over it" then punch em in the guts or slit their throat like a pig...(kidding..about punchin' em that is).
