Answers: And why do dead people almost always loose their rights when they die?
You can call them life-impaired.
Because they can no longer speak for themselves!!
what makes a person a person is their personality and ability to communicate once that's gone you're no longer a person. when a person dies, it's soul no longer exists so the person is not called a dead person, it's called a dead body.
He/she certainly *was* a person.
Now, except in certain legal contexts, he's deceased.
None of this makes his/her life, experiences and accomplishments and less valid or less important than those of us in the world of the living, though.
So don't forget that; someday you'll be dead too, and you probably hope people will remember you! :-)
because they no longer are. they are not even they -rather more an it.
completly unknowing/unaware in this world or any other .
If the person was your Mother, I think you might see them as a person.
