If you could make a new law that ruled out abortion what would it be?!
Question: You have a lot of pro abortion answers but many of us believe that abortion is murder and that no woman has a "choice" to murder her child just because he/she is still in their womb.
In the USA, the problem is with our Supreme Court that made a decision that has nothing to do with our Constitution. The only way we can pass a law to prohibit abortion is to get enough members on our Supreme Court to judge cases by what our Constitution says instead of what they personally want for themselves.

I wouldn't. I believe women should be able to have abortions if they want to.
I would make a law that no one could ever outlaw abortions again. Does that count?

I wouldn't. Ever. That's saying that YOU, (or anyone else for that matter), gets to have the right to say what I do with my choices regarding my body. I am the only one who has the right to say what happens to my body. But I feel that there shouldn't be any law that takes away my right... your right... any woman's right to chose.
