Anyone have an idea on how long do yahoo ip address bans last?!
Question: Yeah..i was clearing up my watch list [around 400 questions]] too quickly and then all of a sudden, i get the error 999 code. Anyone know how long these bans last? [[it blocked my ip address from yahoo answers and now i cant answer, review questions, or go to my profile.]]
Only way i can ask questions is going to my yahoo mail and clicking a link to one of my questions]] =/

try rebooting and clearing cache.
start>programs>accessories>system tools>disk cleanup

if u want to change your ip
i think u :
"start"> "run" and type "cmd" from there type "ipconfig/release". wait a few minutes and then type in the same box ipconfig/renew. you should have a new ip address. if you don't then set up a static ip address... you can find out how to do that online. just google it.
or u can just
Start>run>type CMD>then type "ipconfig/release">turn off comp for 10 min.
