Not at all. when I am unhappy, I can easliy come here and be cheered up by the truly GOOD people in here, and in REAL life, I avoid the miserable whom would bring me to their level.
I'm miserable, so I spend most of my time helping others not be miserable like me.
No, I never involve others, that would make me selfish. I try to solve and end my misery by myself and not put it on others it just makes me feels more sick and angry. I try to solve not spread misery.

If I were miserable- which I'm not- I would nerver ever wish that on anyone.
i know their are some out there that do that but i don't and never have nor never will.
