-Try to shop with a family member, friend, or anyone else who is close to you.
-Don't have you items you purchased visible in the car window, Always lock all your doors and check if their locked.

-Put your presents in a safe place, make sure they are secure.
-People might try to steal things from your wagon, bag, or pockets. Be aware of that, and make sure you watch eachothers back (you and your friend)
-Shop for the most valuable things first and most expensive, drive them back home. Then shop for the rest of your items.
-Be prepared, take up self-defense, carry mase or pepper spray, or a taser. Don't be afraid to inflict pain upon your oppresor, if they attack you.
-Be aware of people who watch you and figure out where you live, make sure your home is secure. Have someone watch it for you. You can set a specific time you will or will not be home. That way they can tell you if someone is in your house.
