My cats are driving me mad , should i put them out or let them play while i slee!

Believe I have 5 to 7 cats that want to sleep with me nightly. It's pretty hard to sleep when furr is blocking your air passages. I usually have to just put them outside, if they want to, or put them in another part of the house.
why don't you play with them? jsut for 10 minutes or so. help them burn up some pent up energy

Depending on where you live, let them out. Cat need nothing better than to cope in a natural enviroment. I think it helps them to kind of live longer. We live with a huge un used quarry behind out back garden and out cat brings full grown rabbits and alsorts home. So i don't mind aslong as he's healthy. But i can imagine they would be annoying inside. When they grow older it will stop... they'll just sleep everywhere instead!
According to the RSPCA. most cat fatalities on the roads happen after dark, so if you put them out at night that could solve the problem you have.
I prefer to keep mine safe so we all pile onto one bed, a little bit of time playing "bed mice" (moving hands and feet under the bedclothes on which they pounce) a few goodnight biscuits and they usually settle down till they realise I'm awake in the morning. Then, lots of purring, love and dribbles!
