Do you burn bridges or mend them, or both ?!

Question: I look after the bridges, do a little maintenance here and there, and even show them a little TLC. But at the end of the day, if they break, they break. Move on!

Actually, I usually put off making a decision about the bridge until I've wandered so far from it that I forget where it was and so can no longer do either. Closure? What's that?

I make sure I have another route planned. If I do, then I burn them to the ground.

i try to mend them first

I usually get off and let the traffic flow.

those that must for if only in the reasoning that madness will follow or something near kinship to it aye those must be burned savagely, and others some for seeming no reason but sentiment must be maintained.
Thus dear lady Both.

NEVER BURN/./';[]=-0

I think it's NEVER burn your bridges and mend relationships.

I have burned many bridges in my day , but now I am older and find that I NOW have to mend them. Darn!

I'VE DONE BOTH IN MY LIFE. BUT I PREFER TO MEND.

If they can"t be mended...might as well burn them.

both, even make new bridges to get to the feelings of the other.

I probably mend more than burn. When I have to burn a bridge I put a lot of thought into what and why. That philosophy has worked in my favor several times in the job market(and other things).

I have a raft.

I've burnt a few bridges in my time and mended quite a few more.
Right now I feel like dynamiting one.

any one got any dynamite to spare???

I have mental health problems. I'd burn it and then wade through the river.
