Have you ever seen a ghost and every time you did something bad happened?!
Question: I know these people who say their house is haunted.They claim that they see ghosts from people that used to live there and everytime this happens something bad happens to them.They say that one time when they saw one,their first dog got hung by his chain,and another time their second dog was foun dead in the middle of the road and had just seen him alive like 10 minutes earlier.

Yes, I have - I've lived in two haunted houses (including the one I grew up in) and I worked in a place that was haunted. I've seen everything from full-bodied apparitions to clouds of light, but never once has anything unfortunate occurred that could be positively ascribed to the spirit activity.
To the person below me - the age of the house is irrelevant. What matters is the type and amount of past activity on that land. Many hauntings have their start from past activity (a battle, an earlier structure, etc) on the site of a modern day home.

Anyway, I'm really scared of that actually happening. If that did, I don't know what i'd do , I would probably buy a newly built house. Like now, My parents have bought a house, it's not even built yet.. So no chances of ghosts paying me a visit there. I sure hope not! :(
