What do you look for in a Friend?!
Question: one thing that makes you know that they will be your friend?
I am sure I look at this very differently. I feel that we can count friends on one hand. A True Friend is there through everything. Does not have to be called to respond, is there always.

Loyalty is what I was going to say. I have to have that, or nothing at all.*
there for you through thick and thin
honesty and loyalty
I look for sense of humor and personality and if they have time
so far I don't have any TRUE friends that are not related to me somehow.... my fiance is a true friend and my children so...
Someone who is trustworthy. Won't betray a confidence.
Loyalty. A friend is someone who bails you out of jail, a true friend is someone whos sitting next to you in jail
I don't look for friends. They always end up looking for me.
someone who's dependable (that's the most important) and then trustworthy & loyal
a friend to me is some i can trust. i should be able to tell them anything and not have to worry about it getting around. someone that is loyal who will have my back even when im wrong but will tell me that i am. and they have to have a big sence of humer cuz i laugh at almost everything.
Loyalty wins hands down!!!
I look for loyalty also. But there are other qualities that are vital as well, like compassion, honesty, and humor. If someone doesn't have those qualities, then I don't waste my time.
I went in search of a good friend. I could find none! I went to become a good friend and did find friends everywhere!

i look for uniqueness,honesty,high selfesteem, must have a sense of purpose.
