Shower, I feel much cleaner. Sitting in a tub full of what needed washing of is very unappealing to me. Also shaving, same thing, I don't want to sit in it.
When I get up...a shower ...quick and easy
When I am tired/cold/not feeling well...a bath...it relaxes/warms/makes me feel better.
The bath for relaxing with candles, bubbles and some music... a shower to rinse off all the bubbles and to wash my hair.....either one would allow for extra-curricular activities though ;)

plus showers give me a bright red patch om my back if they are too hot
