I have everything bought for all the kids in the family but I'm still only about 1/3 done and I have a tree but we haven't decorated it yet - my husband is procrastinating. I do have mistletoe up already and my 5 year old, Damien, happened to have a little girl from his class over and they were standing under it and the girl's mom was like "now you have to kiss her Damien" and he kissed her on the cheek - it was the cutest thing I'd ever seen.
