When tracked down, the perpetrators are indeed charged with fraud and sent to jail. What amazes me is that after all the publicity about these fake scams..people STILL fall for them.
If you do get any of those e-mails, PLEASE report it to your internet service provider immediately. Report It

    • I ALWAYS get those! I always delete them as spam. I think they should be arrested as well, but they are probably very elusive and very difficult to catch.
    I'm with you. I mean, do these people have nothing better to do with their lives.....if they even have one!!!
    I alway respond asking where to send the money just to see what happens but I never get a response. On my Myspace account I'm always getting emails from Africans trying to play games to and it's very annoying.
