Didn't notice. I was until they changed it to the top 10%. Plus, I never really notice the stupid "top contributer" thing anyway. To me, it simply means they have less of a life than I do. We all know Judas Rabbi is a Yahoo BOT.

Much over 20% best answers tells you that they are voting for themselves.
You can tell by how many times the same user picks their answers as best. It is often the same guy with different accounts choosing his own answers.
I know it's silly but they do it.
