I don't know what they are called.....
They are a chocolate spritz cookie with raspberry jam baked in the top center. I love them!!
I guess the iced sugar cookies, we get together the Sunday before Christmas at my mothers house and make a huge batch of them. We make just about every other kind also.
Chocolate Chip is my all time favorite for anytime of the year though.
