How to get energy?!

Do not drink energy drinks thats for sure, too much caffeine and sugar in that, and you get that crap feeling after, just eat carbs and sleep earlier. That's all really.

You had better sleep a lot.

umm...drink a full throttle?

Anything organic-like fruites or pure juices. Anything sweet like chocolate may give you energy but that's unhealthy. This energy may not last for long though, this is why we need to it all sorts of things. Things that take longer to digest so that we can last a longer time without eating again. Juices/fruits digest fast and create energy the quickest in a healthy way.

I can't drink caffeine, so I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, don't get a great amount of sleep, I have a baby, but my energy stays up pretty well. I do take him for a walk every morning and that perks me up a lot. Also, decaf green tea in the morning and evening.
