I was once having an argument with my X and I threw his mini hi~fi system over a balcony, down it came 2 floors below, in pieces. Knowing what I do now about him, I should have thrown him. LOL!!

oh my God yes, my uncle died this summer at the tender young age of 30 *tear* and I texed everyone to tell them what was going on and that they wouldn't be able to reach me. Well my bff kept calling me over and over again every two seconds. So in a state of mental crissis I threw my phone halfway down my driveway. The end, I threw a grapefruit once but thats a story for another day :)

I havent but my partner did. It hit the wall and then into the sink which was full of water..... not a great combination as it never worked again and we were up for a new one. He has never done that again!
not a cell but years ago my ex husband was complaining that the coffee I made was too weak and kept nagging at me about it so I had a 16 ounce cup of coffee, mind you it was NOT hot cause I use so much creamer, and threw it at him right before I had to go to work. It sucked cause I wear a white uniform and had coffee all over me and it was a total waste of my drink...
