i think ive never used f12

scroll lock........

The one on the top right corner.

Scroll Lock?

Nope, never used that one before either. took me about 5 minutes just to find the darn thing! We should protest.

Page Up and Page Down button

F5 thru F12

pause/break button

Page down.

pause/break

The "home" button (it's one of those 6 keys in between the main keyboard and the numerical 10-ley section). I'm not sure what it does: does it send me back to Kansas (I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto!).

F6-F12

There are loads of keys i have not used,

Home key,

PrtScn SysRq. now what on earth does that do?

Ins is probably insert? I never use the scroll lock.

I don't have this "ins" button you have. I'm thinking that stands for insert. I probably have never used many of the F buttons.

edit: I do have the insert button, I guess I can't read for ****.

ive never used the right shift on my keyboard. alwayz used the left one!

oh and by the wawy the ins button mean insert!

mine has a key that says pause them a line underneath it and underneath that it says break

print screen

The Ejector Seat button

i havn't used the print screen or scroll lock or pause/ break

I don't use Scroll Lock. Everything else I use to some extent.
The insert button allows you to type over existing text, as opposed to shifting the existing text further to the right. Press it once, type, something in front of existing text, then press it again to turn it off.

End button:
It brings your cursor to the end of the text on the active line; CTRL+End brings your cursor to the end of all text;
Shift+End highlights text through the end of the active line;
and CTRL+Shift+End selects all of the text from the current point to the end of all text.

Home button:
It brings your cursor to the beginning of the text on the active line. All other modifiers are the same as the End button, but replace the word "end" with the word "beginning".

Print Screen:
Press this button to take a "picture" or "screen capture" of the monitor. Go to any photo editing software, and click 'paste' and you'll be able to see and edit the picture of your computer screen.

Page up:
Scrolls up one page on your screen.

Page down:
Scrolls down one page on your screen.

Pause/Break:
This button is becoming more or less obsolete, but it is used in some programs (usually games) to do exactly what it says.

The F keys:
Each one does something different, which sometimes depends on the program you're using. Some examples:
F1 is usually "help"
F5 will refresh your web browser.
ALT+F4 will close a window.
F11 will allow you to view a window in full screen.

dont use the F1- F12

yeah most of the F buttons and the button to the left of the 1 oh and the "End" button wtf is that

F 1 2 3 5 6 7 9 10 11 12 13

ins ... is the insert button

write something .. like a long sentence ... press insert .. go to the beginning ... and start typing ... it goes over all the writing and deletes it

i've never used the ?` button
[its got three things on it but i can only get two of them]

The menu button.

Print Screen/SysRq

and I think that YouTube button is a great idea, lol !
