actually the answer is yes but only in certain polymer base materials these days with epoxy resins being stronger almost daily, dentures are egtting better and better, the problem is, dentists are not really well rounded when it comes to the use of moulding the jaws correctly and sometimes make very poor replicas as a result,.....as someone who's been in the artificial limb industry briefly, I know that technicians take as many shortcuts as they can to keep costs down and thats unfortunate cuz it cuases a decrease in the quality of life.
