OK...see, here's how it works in my poor feeble mind..
Being on the receiving end first allows me to know that intentions/actions won't be taken in the wrong way. With the advantage of having received such a titillating item, I can then respond in kind without fear of 'scaring' someone off. This of course implies that both parties are willing to have some fun and won't run screaming from a perceived sudden 'stalker.' Ya follow...??
