I was walking in my house,and we lived beside a busy highway... a car just stops right in the middle of the road,and the car behind it was going too fast to stop, it swerved and almost ran into my fence.

I saw one crash through a guard rail into a very wide and fast-moving river during a heavy rain storm once. He was maybe 10 car lengths ahead of me at the time, and he must have been doing about 70 when he passed me and a line of other cars. It looked like he just started to hydroplane when he tried to move back into the right lane ahead of us all. It was amazing that he didn't hit anyone else at the head of the line. The car disappeared very quickly. About all anybody could do was get off the bridge and call 911 as soon as possible. That was before cell phones. I don't think there was much chance of survival.
I once witnessed a car crash and 2 teens were killed. I even tried helpiing to pull them out but they had died on impact, hit a tree at 80 miles an hour. The car caught fire and consumed it before help could arrive and we had nothing to put it out with Report It

    yup a few times but the one I remember very clearly is when I wrecked my husbands car when he was just my boyfriend

    yeah, several times from behind my windshield
    oh plenty of times. the worst i saw was on the freeway and the car swerved and flipped over. i was like two cars behind it.

    Yes, it was so strange to be standing there and the next thing see a crash. It was the sound of it that really freaked me tho. No one was hurt, but were they ever p*ssed. :)
    yeah, I was in front of the mall here in my town and a car pulled out in front of another car and it caused an accident. I had to call the police and make sure no one was hurt.

    yup, the car in front of me was side swiped by someone on the cell phone who ran a red light.
    Yes I have been in 5 of them and thankfully not hurt and I've been hit by 1 and that time really really really hurt.

    Yes, a taxi lost control on the highway & went up the embankment & hit a tree. My car was a few lanes across & 2 cars behind.
    yes, i have. it was across from the kentucky speedway in sparta, ky. i went there for a country concert a couple years back and this car ran a light and broadsided the other one. good luck.

    On the highway at night in California. There were sparks everywhere and a car flipped over. It was weird. It looked really strange since it was dark.
    no but a street lamp post got hit by a truck and it fell right on it...and i was right behind the truck in a car.
