Does anyone else find this ridiculous?!

Question: I just read this:
According to an earnest warning on Volumes 1 and 2, “Sesame Street: Old School” is adults-only: “These early ‘Sesame Street’ episodes are intended for grown-ups, and may not suit the needs of today’s preschool child.”

I didn't know that watching tv is one of the needs of preschool children, but that's besides the point. What was so bad about old Sesame Street? Has it changed that much?

I think today's world is WAY to hung up on political correctness. Cookie Monster should be able to eat cookies; Oscar should be as grouchy as he feels like being; and so what if Big Bird had an imaginary friend? Geez, get a grip, people!!
