LMAO no I have not!! But he let me leave my car and walk... I am so thankful to him.. He was a really nice guy.. Well besides that it was in the middle of winter and freezing cold out with tons of snow on the ground.. Oh and I was all dressed up from being out and had heels on!! But still no time and no fine!!
