Do you squeeze the toothpaste from the middle or the end?!

I work my way from the bottom to the top of the toothpaste.
Start out in the middle but when it gets down a little I put it on the counter and mash it all up to the top and start using from the bottom

The end. I love those little thingamajigs that squeeze it out to the last drop. They are so much fun!
