Sure. So would bending at the knees instead. But Im not 22 anymore, so my knees hate me when I squat.
There are correct ways of bending over and if we had a tool to do everything for us our bodies wouldn't get any exercise!
I had one of those thingys, but they always squish my sandwiches I always seem to drop. They should give a gadget to men in prison in case they drop the soap.
I do just bend over I do it backwards.
It would be funny to have every one running around with them & if you drop change on the floor they do not work.
