You shouldn't fake it. It give false ideas that he is doing it right. I read lots of sex psych books, and that's one of the biggest mistakes women make. If he isn't satisfying you, you should never lie and say that he is. You should help him understand what WILL satisfy you... If you were doing it wrong, wouldn't you want to know?

I have and I completely regretted it afterwards. My boyfriend and I had gone through a really tough time - not our relationship just other stuff around us - and although we were still having sex and stuff I was finding it really hard to orgasm. And my boyfriend was trying so hard for me and was starting to think it was his fault, so I thought the best thing to do was to just pretend and then everything would be ok again.
