In reality, I think that women are more likely than men to go without underwear/panties. As a man, wearing jeans with no underwear on sucks!

I never really thought that many guys go without undies, I would say women do a LOT more from what I know. so I would beg to different on this issue, or the question rather. and I really think it is just a comfort issue because it can be way more comfortable than most of the choices women do have! :-)
Not everyone feels comfortable not wearing underwear. I can't go without them except when sleeping. My husband hates them at all times..
