Usually I haven't been able to sleep that night thanks to insomnia.

Waking up. I can't stay up for very long, I don't like doing that anymore. My "me" time is early in the morning.

I go to bed between 1:30 -2:00AM...so...I would still be asleep when the sun rises....but I sure will see it about 8:30 AM
