Friend on those days where you absolutely need to get up (school days for me) but foe when you set the alarm and it goes off on a saturday and you didn't need it to have gone off at all. Also foe when you are having a great sleep and it scares the living pee out of you (not literally of course) =P

Alarm clocks give those of us whose internal clocks don't seem to work a chance to lead a productive life. I've found through experience that my body works better when I have a routine. It doesn't have to be rigid, but some sort of a routine. I just got a new alarm clock that wakes me to cathedral chimes. Starts the day out in a pleasant way. Friend.
