I can remember as a kid being confronted by a flasher in the woods in the park with my mate and it **** us up big time.
I think there is a huge difference between a streaker who runs somewhere naked and someone who stands in front of you and exposes himself that's wrong and should be dealt with.
Because think about it maybe not all but some go further than that and do worse crime.
