Do you think that it's about time that Yahoo.....?!
Question: got rid of the "community policing" of questions and answers, hired some moderators that actually READ the questions and answers that are reported, and make decisions based on the RULES AND GUIDELINES rather than 'popular opinion?'
I've tried too many times to answer a legitimate question only to find out it was 'removed' because some oversensitive twits didn't want to see a point discussed or debated.
Can we hope that Yahoo's "scheduled maintenance" on November 18th actually erases the 'community policing' and actually puts a FAIR system in place?

yeah, I'm all for that. and since I don't work, they could pay me to be one of them. I'm reasonable enough, that I don't get overly touchy, but proper enough to see when someone really has crossed the line.
Don't count on it! Just think of how many people they could employ if they used real people to moderate the questions.
Yes yes yes welcome to the club, but we all like yahoo for some things they do right? If we stick with them and let them know we like them maybe they will improve.

We can hope but I highly doubt that is the direction they will go. I look for things to get much worse from those ummm, ok, I'll be nice this time.. those jerks
i know what you mean!! it drive me nutzz!! these ppl report you bc they don't agree with you... so your anwer/question gets deleted, you lose points... and there isn't a whole lot that can be done.... I think some ppl around here are too uptight!
Don't count on yahoo actually going anything about it.
