I work in radio so I have tons of cool stuff from bands. I usually give most of it away to people who will get more joy out of it than me. When it's your job it isn't so special anymore. It sucks, it's like finding out Santa isn't real when you're 4.
oh man if i had the time to tell it all. drum sticks from neil pert (RUSH), guitar pick from ted nugent, guitar pick from ritchie blackmore (Deep Purple), to name a few

My daughter was invited to go to England to see Def Leppard by their promotional manager. She has all kinds of signed pictures of her with them and a signed Album with the their picture matted in a big picture frame, and a backstage pass signed by the members of the band.

my brother got a pick for Toni Iommi at Ozzfest one year. I got a drumstick from Sepultura, pick from one of the guitarist from Biohazard, Pick from both Dimebag and Rex from Pantera, a pick from Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), a pick from Tommy Lee at Ozzfest in Houston at the raceway park, and many other numerous picks from band I don't remember (to damn drunk).
Yeah, some many many moons ago, I saw Metallica on the black album tour. Front row center..my first concert ever, in the middle of the Mosh Pit..WHOA.. anyway I got one of Lars Ulrich's drum stix, some little nasty turd body checked me and tried to take it from me, being front row (ok smashed up against the cagey thing) James sees this, jumps down into the pit like thing between the stage and the cagey fence and yells out for the guy. He thinks hes gonna get something special cause he was all teeth and smiles, James says something like "Dont F***in knock a woman around, and dont f***in steal from her either" and spit in the guys face. They played on, but before they left, had security hold me there, and came back with some more stix. Great first concert!!!!!
