when i need to get rid of a headache, i use things like lemsip and then find a quite place and visualise it not being there. tell yourself its not there, and beleive it.

there is a nerve between your thumb and index finger ---- you'll need to use your thumb and index finger from your other hand to pinch it (it's where there are no bones) pinch around firmly until you find it --- it will be kind of a sharp pain ---- pinch it firmly --- and hold it for about 30 seconds
I heard dr. pepper is a hangover cure... they say you should take an apsirin before you fall asleep for a hangover... don't drink.. I somehow just crave milk and sunnyside up eggs with toast... chase it down with a very tall dr. pepper

I went to a movie and got a headache. On the way back I had some tea. It's come down now. If it's really bad I hold my head under a tap and run cold water over it.
The alcohol sucked up all the calcium from you. Take two Tums and a hot shower.....works magic.
