No, this honor goes to the youngest of the Baldwins, this was shown in the movie Shore and him did, (BioDome?) watching either of them is like viewing a car wreck in slow motion.
If he would get away from goofy roles and start playing it straight I think there is hope for him. But in the mean time I don't see him winning any acting awards. Except maybe the Raspberry. Ha ha.
