Question: what I hate even more is getting a phone call while I am on the phone, then getting a message from some dude giving me crap for not picking up the phone.....don't you just want to smack people like that??!!

Yeah, I worked as a Logistics Coordinator and had to call China once. Their machine picked up the call and started rambling stuff off in chinese. I was like "Huh?"
Worse I find is when you do finally get in touch with them and then they keep you on hold for 10 mins--arrrghh!!
